Paratools is looking for part-time and full-time employees. The positions require a Ph.D. or an M.S. in Computer Science, U.S. citizenship, and ability to get security clearances, and significant experience in high-performance / parallel computing. We are also inviting applications for internships at ParaTools. These positions are in the area of Law and Computer Science. For law positions, we need students pursuing J.D. in Intellectual Property (IP). The position requires filing patent and trademark applications to the US PTO and performing a thorough patent search. The internship positions in Computer Science require a B.S. in Computer Science, although undergraduates pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science will be considered as well. Applicants with background in the design and development of parallel tools are of particular interest. Retirement Policy

ParaTools offers all employees an SEP-IRA (408k) retirement plan. Eligible employees may participate in this plan from their first month of employment without any waiting period. The plan is funded by employer contributions based on salary. The plan provides a retirement account through American Funds managed by the employee. The contribution rate to the plan is decided annually and for 2012, it stands at 25% (i.e., employer contributes 25%, employee contributes 0% of the monthly salary). This plan covers all eligible employees.
